| My only complaints are about the shower and exit of hotel and the phone. The shower switched from hot to cold every 30 seconds or so, so you had to time it when to step in front of the water or be scalded or frozen! The phone didn't work because the handset was literally broken and the wires inside the earpiece part were broken at the solder point. Getting out of the hotel wasn't easy. it's on a one way street and it's very busy most of the time so you have to wait to get out and then go down about 1/4 mile and hang a u turn if you need to get back to the freeway. Oh yeah, for a Super 8, the Continental Breakfast was pretty weak!, Fruit Loops, a honey bun, juice and coffee. I've stayed in Super 8's where you can make your own waffels, and they've had toast, bagels and another kind of juice such as apple juice and also fresh fruit. Overall, for the price I would stay there again and recommend it because the staff was always friendly and the room didn't smell and it was well lit in the parking lot which is important to me as I carry expensive tools and equipment in my truck. |

| It was clean. Although it was basic and it was not very fancy it was comfortable and took care of our needs. Was pleased with our stay. |

| I checked in early and the Internet connection was great. I had requested a non smoking room, but the room had been smoked in often. The room was cool and when I turne on the heat it was so dusty it set off the smoke detector. So I aired out the room. When I went to bed the matress had springs you could feel. the commode ran off and on all night. When the neighbor turned on their heat My smoke detector went off agian. When I got up early the next morning I was tired and my eyes were swolen from the cig residue in the room. |

| This was my second time staying at this hotel, the first time my experience was great. This time around, not as much so. You could feel the springs through the mattress. The toilet stopped working 3 times (2 of those times AFTER maintenance came and said they fixed it) and there were dirt stains on the walls and door frame. The air conditioner in the unit next door started making LOUD grinding/screeching noises(outside echoing in the quiet morning) at 4:30 in the am and nothing was done untill I finally called in at 6:30 am. |

| The front desks workers at this particular hotel could best be described as zombies--and I arrived and left at decent hours. They never smiled or anything...it was kind of disturbing! My daughter asked why they were all so serious |
