I got to the hotel to check in and the women working was totally clueless. I reserved a one room two adults and one queen sized bed online. The lady had the nerve to charge me an extra $10 because I had a guest who was already put in on the reservation staying with me. She claimed I shoul have already been charged for it but I wasn't. Online the room was suppose to consist of a microwave, refridgerator, and a jucuzzi tub and none of them were in the room. The women was musty and trashy looking and there was no staff or help available and she could barely speak or understand English. Please do not stay at this hotel it isn't worth a dime. The rooms stink and so does the front desk worker.

my daughter felt uncomfortable coming in the door at night - field backed up to the hotel.
