| we did not use the king tub due to the fact it was dirty and I was concerned with the cracked plaster around the tub rim. |

| The Continental Breakfast only consisted of milk, cereal and toast. Not a very big selection and disappointing. Limited eating places in the immediate surrounding area. |

And all tho was smook free it had a nasty smook smell

| Upon arrival the hotel seemed fine. The area was a little questionable. They said they had a continental breakfast but really all they had was bread and milk every morning. Not cool. The only good thing this hotel had going is it's outdoor pool. The rooms are nice for the most part. Will I stay there the next time I visit, maybe. But for the most part I was a little let down with the hotel. It's not a bad place if you have a limited amount of money to spend on a hotel. |

| The location was great but map quest directions sucked when it came down to getting there. We checked in at 6pm and it wasn't until sometime in the middle of the night before the room ever got cool enough to sleep well. The outside temp was 90's so we were hot. The couch was covering up half the vent so that could have had something to do with it. For the most part, it was clean. Was disgusted with the hair in the bathroom corner and all wrapped up in one of the towels. I recommend taking your own bottle of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. There isn't enough for one person to use, let alone 3 people. I'm glad I took mine. Take your own pillow too, those pillows were hard and some bulky. The comforter had about a 3in tear in it. Was a little surprised by that. |

| This hotel is among a line of other run - down hotels but this one is extremely inviting and very clean. I stay at this one every time I visit Dallas. |

| They had facilities for breakfast, they did not provide. At 7:30 a.m. there was no one at the counter and the front doors were locked. We had to check out by leaving our keys in the room. Location is good, hotel needs improvement. |

| hotel was good for a one night stay. we got a good price and a good size room. the room wasnt spotless, there were a few stains on the walls and on the bedding, but over all not bad for a one night stay. |

| Hotel room was clean. The couch cushion cover was torn and should be fixed. The caroet had tears in it and not repaired. The TV didn't get all channels and some were fuzzy. It was obvious that they weren't concerned about maintenance. When I brought it to their attention I was told they were working on it. The sons of he owners of the motel were the only people I saw in charge and they were very nice but had no idea how anything worked or how to fix it.
The motel isvery far from food services. It is a $15.00 taxi ride to rettaurant row and other facilities.
I flew into Dallas Love Field and my rental car reservation had not been done. There were no rental cars at the airport on this Tuesday and I was told this was normal. A rental car is approximately $100 per day so a Taxi to Mesquite - $45 w/tip - and back plus use in town as needed is about the same. |
