| Hotel is very nice but the walls are very thin. We could hear the TV, conversations---basically everything going on in surrounding rooms. Also the breakfast could have been a little better--bread and muffins was prepacked and looked like they had been around awhile, no fruit and nothing hot but waffles. |

| The hotel was very nice and clean. A bit hard to see the entrance road at night. Other than that I loved my stay and would recomend it to anyone. |

| The thing that impressed me the most was the friendliness and helpfulness of the motel staff. They provide helpful and accurate information. The motel and my room were well decorated and very clean. If in the area again, I would definitely stay at this motel again and would recommend it to others. |

| The employees were extremely helpful and answered all our questions. We were even told the story of how Gun Barrel City got its name. So, a history lesson was also included. |

| The only suggestions I have for making this hotel better would be to offer more toiletry items other than bar soap and shampoo (i.e. body lotion and hair conditioner). Also, the only vending machines were on the main level and the bottled water was sold out. Drinking water in Texas is not very good, so monitoring the vending machine is highly recommended. The hotel staff members were very friendly. |

| Hotel is in good shape and clean with a friendly staff. But we were given a room that the toilet wouldn't flush. So they moved us to amother room and the refridgerator didn't work it that room. they offered us another room but we didn't want to move a 3rd time. |

| The hotel is new, so everything is clean. The first night our A/C did not cool as much as we preferred. We changed rooms the second night and it was perfect! The continental breakfast could have been beefed up a little more. Too much bread and not enough fruit or protein. Other than that it was great! Easy to get to from First Monday in Canton! |
