| older hotel needs alot of updates but overall was a very nice stay. Hotel employee (justin) went out of his way to help me.
The address does not come up in the GPS correct stayed lost for a bit. Again older hotel but very clean and comfortable. |

| I have stayed at this hotel many times. Every time I ask if the pool temperature is warm and I am told that it is warm. Every time, the pool is not the least bit warm. Hot tub is only lukewarm. There were rusty screws around the pool. Rooms have been refurbished and are very nice. I am just tired of being lied to about the pool. |

| The location was good for the activities we planned for the day. However the A/C only worked about half of the time, we had little or no hot water in the bathroom and the curtains were broken. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was good. My 9 year old loved the waffles. All in all it was not the best stay we have had and I did expect a little more fom this chain of hotels due to past stays in other cities. |
