| We had a great stay at the Express! The room was nice, the staff was excellent, catered to all of our needs. I will definitely book it again! |

| I rented a room for the night so that my now 8 year old niece could have a pool party. There is a indoor pool there. The staff was extremely kind and I had 9 girls there total. The were super helpful with the towel situation. The free breakfast in the morning was also a plus. She enjoyed and I was pleased. |

| For our trip, we were looking for a hotel located close to a wedding venue with shopping & dining close by....and this one was the perfect location. I was actually pleasantly surprised with the hotel, as we usually stay at the Westin Galleria when we go to the Dallas area. The hotel was reasonably clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was incredibly efficient. Check-in took all of one minute, and checkout was even faster. The breakfast was much more than I expected, and the cable service offered a huge range of channels. Of course, this was not a luxury hotel, but I was very happy with our experience. |

| THERE WAS NO HOT WATER WHEN TAKING A SHOWER THROUGHOUT THE WEEK OF MY STAY. IT DID GET WARM BUT NEVER HOT AS I ALERTED THE FRON DESK OF THIS EARLY ON. ALSO, THE FAUCET IN THE TUB TRICKLED WATER AND WOULD NOT TURN OFF COMPLETELY AND I ALSO TOLD THE MANAGER ABOUT THIS ISSUE AS WELL. |

| In comparison to other Holiday Inn properties, this one was disappointing. The room had an odd layout and was not as clean as I would like. The building is old and not very well maintained - elevator is SLOW. |

| Great Room, comfortable and quiet. Continetal Breakfast was very good! The Breakfast room/area was clean and inviting. The hotel staff was helpful and friendly! |
