| do to a error on booking, that could of been taken care of easily. .. It took a hour and half to check in. Would not let us have a room till Hotel.com contacted them. They did promply, but the clerk did not know to refresh her computer. Employees need to be more inform on PC and customer service. Coke machines had limited choice. Worst Comfort Inn I have ever stayed at. This Comfort Inn is in a Cedar Creek Lake community. We have guest that come to the lake often. We will not be using this Motel in the future. |

| Much nicer than expected hotel, room was spotless and very spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful and other than a minor problem with our door, the experience was exceptional. I would stay there again for sure. For "Canton Trade Day" shoppers, the location was very easy and only 15 minutes from the event and for travelors, the location was easy to find, right off the interstate. A few miles away and we found good food, Walmart and gas. Great experience but...absolutely no pets or smoking allowed! |

| the motel's staff were very friendly and helpful. The hot breakfast was very good. The motel parking area was clean and well maitained. I would stay at this comfort suites again. |

| This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are the best. We will always stay here when we are in East Texas. |

| We loved it! After a very long day in the car, it was a pleasant surprise to have such a comfortable room in which to relax. The pool was refreshing as well. The entire hotel smelled clean and fresh, I just wish we could have stayed more than one night. |

| The room we really spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only complaint I had was the very noisy neighbors until 3 am (had important appt the next morning) and that the curtains would not darken the room. The light outside made it very difficult to fall asleep.
The breakfast the next morning was one of the reasons I selected the hotel. It was great. |

| Iwas very impressed with their efforts to cut down on laundry, by pleasantly asking if you wanted your sheets changed every day, if towels could be reused. The had some opening problems, the coke machine on our floor didn't work, but there were free soft drinks down in the lobby. They were still trying to predict how much food they were going to use for breakfast, but it was good. The waffle machine that makes waffels in the shape of Texas was a nice touch. |
